The next Adventure

I have been so bad at updating my blog its not funny! Well now that im back after a year of a break from my blog im preparing for the next big Adventure which is heading of to OZ for at least a year travelling and doin a bit of work and then maybe settling down over there! This new adventure will not rule me out of returning to Kandersteg though as the big reunion is being held at christmas which i hope to still help out organising and also hope to attend but this will all depend on the aul bucks! The last few weeks have been slow as im not working but im slowly getting all my details together for the big move and cant wait now before i head of on the 16th of April. I hope this is not just a once of re-visit to my blog but i cant promise anything hopefully though i can start documenting more happenings in my (at the moment) very boring life!

it has been so difficult to get time to write anything in this i have been so busy with guiding or working in house and kitchen. the craic is mighty here just wish i could stay longer. im afraid i have so much to say now on this i will really have to wait to tell ye when i get home. talk to ye all soon!

it is amazing how time flies here and how easy it is to forget to update this diary. happy new year to ye all and i hope ye had a good one! the christmas and new year weeks were hectic and we are really only getting over it now it was such a fantastic time. working in maintenance at the moment so splitting alot of timber for the wood burner. the next week is quite in relation to guests but we have swiss tv on friday then we have international display night on saturday. the centre should pick up again next week with more guests. unfortunatly the weather is very bad at the moment so we are waiting for new snow. talk to ye all later

ITS BEEN A WHILE!!!!!!!!!

my first night of duty and i miss out on first party of the season what a bummer. anyway its been a while have not really had the time to write until now i have been hectic busy. guests are now streaming in and we will have around 50 for christmas dinner but before that we have secret santa where all the staff members were given a name of another member that they needed to buy a christmas present for and we will be opening them tomorrow evening after a night of meat fondue. im starting my training to be a winter activities guide tomorrow snow showing sledding curling and igloo building which should be fun. all in all though its going to be very busy from here on as the numbers of guests are going up quite a bit on the 27th for the 1st ski week.

well the fun has begun first day over and a busy and hectic week ahead for training. the day is starting at 7.30 tomorrow. cant tell ye much bout whats happening as its only for us new staff members you need to come and find out yourself if ya want to know what we get up ta.

Dublin Airport

in dublin airport now waiting to get rid of my big bag so took at laptop to write an update and send a few e-mails. its nice to have access to wifi. just under 3 hours to my flight so getting quite excited now i will be in switzerland in 5 hours woo hoo!!!!!
